An unexpected oasis in the desert! The moment I stepped inside Landmark Residency, I was completely transported from the bustling city life. The interiors were stunning and provided a perfect escape. The staff, led by the Duty Manager Justin, were incredibly helpful and polite. One of the highlights was relaxing in the petite courtyard late at night, soaking in the calm ambiance. The rooms were nice and the facilities were modern. Despite being located in Malad, it only took an hour to reach other parts of Mumbai, thanks to the convenient transportation options arranged by the concierge. Plus, the hospitable treatment I received here was just as good, if not better, than the larger commercial hotels. I would highly recommend Landmark Residency to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Mumbai.

It was a good thing that the hotel was near a train station and shopping areas. The room was regularly cleaned and the staff was generally polite.

Had a great xmas stay in this hotel. Loved the comfy clean room and the delicious food in the hotel. Location was perfect, close to city center and many restaurants.

There were some negatives as well, the bathroom wasn't as clean as expected and the shower water would clog. filtered drinking water was not provided in the room, only tap water.
